Jens Lekman Wedding Surprise

Fell down a Friday night YouTube rabbit hole on the couch while Lindz is next to me finishing reading A Clash of Kings for the third time (can’t wait to finish watching the last four eps of season two of Game of Thrones tomorrow!!! Need to find out who stole the dragons OMG.)

Anyway, stumbled onto this and it’s pretty freaking awesome.

We had some Jens (“Your Arms Around Me” and “You Are the Light”) on our “dinner/cocktail hour” mixes which may or may not have been played but we’ll never know since we were too busy taking pictures! Not QUITE the same as having the man himself play at our wedding but a close second, I think.

Really should’ve invited him to our wedding, though. He could’ve taken the spots we had reserved for Barack and MIchelle Obama and Mickey and Minnie Mouse. (Don’t worry, they sent their regrets.)

Oh well.

Maybe for our vow renewal.

Which reminds me — can’t believe we’re already coming up on our one year anniversary next week. It seriously feels like we just got married a few months ago.
